Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or sales support.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management.
• Familiarity with CoStar/LoopNet/Commercial Café; Docusign is a plus.
• Strong design sense; able to produce on-brand collateral using Canva/Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Manage property listings across major platforms with accurate, on-brand copy.
• Build and maintain email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
• Coordinate broker relationships and inquiries.
• Oversee on-site marketing and social media management.
• Produce marketing collateral and digital assets.
• Support leasing teams with market data and presentations.
• Maintain organized digital files and brand templates.
