Job summary

NeoPollard Interactive is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive retention automations and manage day-to-day campaigns. You will serve as the primary execution partner for automated retention initiatives, ensuring strategies are built, tested, launched, monitored, documented, and maintained.

The role requires 2+ years in digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, with experience across email, push, in-app, and web channels.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of digital marketing, CRM, retention/m lifecycle marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, web).
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution of existing retention automations and ensure campaigns operate as intended.
  • Build and configure automation scenarios, workflows, audiences, and logic per approved strategies.
  • Coordinate automation copy, creative development, reviews, and approvals.
  • Coordinate QA/UAT, implementation, and launch activities for new automations and changes.
  • Monitor automation health, targeting, logic, and performance; escalate issues as needed.
  • Track KPIs and compile recurring performance reports for the Marketing Manager.
  • Implement enhancements to automations based on requirements and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to implement new automations and initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Under the strategic direction of the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and management of retention marketing automations. This role will serve as the primary execution partner for automated retention initiatives, helping ensure approved strategies are accurately built, tested, launched, monitored, documented, and maintained.

  • Manage the day‑to‑day execution of existing retention automations and help ensure campaigns and workflows continue operating as intended.
  • Build and configure automation scenarios, workflows, audiences, and campaign logic based on approved strategies and defined requirements.
  • Coordinate automation‑related copy and creative development, including requests, reviews, revisions, and approvals.
  • Coordinate QA/UAT, implementation, and launch activities for new automations and material changes to existing programs.
  • Monitor automation health, targeting, campaign logic, and performance to identify potential issues requiring investigation or escalation.
  • Track automation KPIs and compile recurring performance reporting for review with the Marketing Manager.
  • Implement approved enhancements and optimizations to existing automations based on defined requirements.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to implement new retention automations and initiatives identified through the Marketing Plan and automation roadmap.
  • Maintain documentation of automation workflows, audience criteria, campaign logic, offers, assets, testing, and implemented changes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors as needed, escalating technical issues, performance concerns, conflicting requirements, and strategic decisions to the Marketing Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, retention/lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, or a related field.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, push notifications, in-app messaging, or web.
  • Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Strong project management, time management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in campaign QA, testing, or other quality control processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to compile, organize, and monitor campaign performance data, identifying and escalating significant trends or anomalies.
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively while learning new platforms, processes, and technologies.
  • Some travel required.
