WheelHouse IT’s marketing team seeks an entry-level Marketing role to bring the WheelHouse IT brand to life across daily social content, a weekly blog, and on-page SEO. You’ll gain exposure to live client work and report to the Marketing Manager for strategic insight.
You’ll learn the full engine behind content, SEO, and AI-assisted optimization in a hybrid Fort Lauderdale setting with in-office learning and collaboration.
WheelHouse Online is the digital marketing agency division of WheelHouse IT, an established managed IT services provider. We build and redesign WordPress websites and run ongoing SEO, social media, blogging, and digital strategy programs for clients in healthcare, legal, construction, insurance, non-profit, and the broader SMB market.
Being part of a managed IT services company makes us unusual. Our clients get a marketing partner with real technical depth behind it, and our team gets exposure to both sides of the business.
Transforming Businesses One Click at a Time.
This is the hands-on execution seat for our marketing team, and it covers more ground than a typical social media job.
Your primary focus is bringing the WheelHouse IT brand to life: daily social content, a weekly blog, and the on-page SEO work that makes that content actually get found. You will also pick up agency client work as our Marketing Manager assigns it, which means real exposure to a live client portfolio early in your career.
You report directly to the Marketing Manager, who sets your priorities and will teach you the strategy behind the execution. This is a role for someone who wants to learn how the whole engine works, not just the social calendar.
Hybrid out of our Fort Lauderdale office: three days in office, two days wherever you work best. The days out are your choice, not a fixed schedule we assign you.
We are deliberate about the in-office time at this level. You will be learning from the person sitting next to you, and that is much harder to do over video.

Most entry-level marketing jobs put you in one lane. This one gives you social, content, WordPress, SEO, AI search, and live client exposure, with a manager whose job includes teaching you. You will finish year one with a skill set that is hard to assemble elsewhere at this level.
You will also be learning inside an established business rather than a startup, which means real clients, real budgets, and processes that already work, instead of figuring it out alone.
