Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Associate to join its hybrid team in the US. You will manage content production workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), coordinate with content collaborators and developers, and maintain quality, consistency, and compliance of the firm’s web presence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience authoring and handling content in a web CMS — experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is strongly preferred; experience with WordPress or a comparable enterprise CMS is also valued.
• Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience, including running timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience coordinating work between internal teams and external agencies or development partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or Jira).
• Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Run AEM content production: coordinate with the authoring team to keep web pages accurate and on schedule; translate requests into briefs; author pages when needed.
• Coordinate digital projects: central point of coordination for digital marketing requests; track timelines and dependencies; liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Implement quality and governance: maintain workflows, QA checklists, and publishing standards; ensure brand and regulatory compliance.
• Provide operational coverage: backup for the Director on collaboration, content reviews, and workflow management; build cross-functional relationships.
• Support analytics and continuous improvement: monitor site performance, prepare engagement reports, translate data into actionable content decisions.
