Job summary

EVP EyeCare is looking for a Digital Marketing - Content & AI Visibility Manager to lead how patients discover EVP EyeCare clinics online. You will drive SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-driven strategies and own content planning, briefs, and landing page optimization.

You will create multi-channel content, concentrate on local search and listings, and partner with regional teams and agencies to execute campaigns. Occasional travel to clinics is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong SEO/content strategy knowledge and AI/search evolution understanding.
• Excellent writing and editing to translate complex topics into consumer content.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO, AEO, GEO and AI-search strategy to improve organic visibility.

You will:Lead SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), generative engine optimization (GEO) and emerging AI-search strategy, finding new ways to improve organic visibility and patient discoveryOwn website and content strategy and landing page development, including content planning, briefs, copywriting, editing and ongoing optimizationCreate content across channels, including patient education, service-line, physician, social and campaign contentTurn business, clinical and marketing priorities into clear, actionable content and AI visibility plansManage and optimize local search presence and business listings across Google, Apple, Microsoft and other relevant platformsPartner with internal teams, regional leaders and external agencies to coordinate digital campaigns, content and creativeSupport regional marketing needs, including local initiatives, promotions, offers and market-specific opportunitiesUse performance data and search and content insights to spot opportunities and keep improving resultsWHAT WE REQUIRE4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO or a related disciplineStrong knowledge of SEO and content strategy, and an understanding of how search is evolving through AI, AEO/GEO and LLM-driven discoveryExcellent writing and editing skills, with a talent for turning complex or technical topics into clear, engaging consumer contentExperience developing and optimizing website content, ideally in a CMS such as WordPressWorking knowledge of paid search, paid social and other digital media channels and how they work alongside SEO/AEOExperience with local SEO, business listings and location-based digital marketing (strongly preferred)Strong analytical instincts and comfort using performance data, search insights and reporting to guide decisionsStrong project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities across markets, stakeholders and external partnersComfort being both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doerHealthcare, multi-location or other complex consumer-service marketing experience is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field preferredWHAT WE OFFERThe base salary range for this role is $85,000–$100,000, based on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in EVP EyeCare’s Bonus Program.Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage; 401(k); paid time off; and other benefits.LOCATIONThis role must be based in Colorado, Arizona or Texas.
