You will develop engaging content, manage organic social channels, analyze campaigns, monitor brand reputation, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of digital marketing, communications, or recruitment marketing experience.
• Experience creating and managing business-focused social media content and campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and content development skills.
• Canva experience for digital graphics; knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Ability to translate analytics into data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across recruiting and business development channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior and market trends for ROI improvement.
• Create and manage digital content: social posts, blogs, employee stories, testimonials.
• Manage corporate and recruiting social channels with a content calendar.
• Monitor online conversations and escalate as needed to protect brand reputation.
• Support employer branding, employee advocacy and corporate storytelling initiatives.
• Assist with website content, SEO, lead generation and CRM-based marketing.
• Produce dashboards and reports that inform marketing and recruiting strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and communications.
