  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
  • 3+ years in a performance marketing or digital leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience managing PPC and SEO strategy.
  • Experience leading or mentoring digital marketing team members.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and CRM integrations preferred.

About The Role

The Digital Marketing Associate Manager is responsible for defining and leading the digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, website development, organic social, and email marketing channels.This role reports to marketing leadership and serves as the strategic lead for the digital marketing function. The Digital Marketing Associate Manager is accountable for ingesting and synthesizing performance data across channels, identifying trends and opportunities, and translating insights into structured strategy and actionable direction for the digital team. The Digital Marketing Associate Manager is both a strategist and a builder — expected to leverage prior hands‑on experience in digital marketing to lead the team, elevate execution standards, and continuously improve channel performance.Unlike the Digital Marketing Specialist, who focuses on execution and optimization within defined strategy, the Digital Marketing Associate Manager owns channel direction, performance targets, testing frameworks, and budget alignment.This role directly manages the Digital Marketing Supervisors, UI designer, Web Developer, Salesforce Admin, and Digital Marketing Specialist, providing clear delegation, performance oversight, coaching, and development.

Responsibilities
  • Digital Strategy & Performance Ownership
  • Develop and own the overarching digital marketing strategy across PPC, SEO, web, email, and organic social
  • Analyze multi‑channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
  • Translate large datasets into actionable strategic direction and structured testing plans
  • Define KPIs, channel targets, and performance benchmarks aligned with business objectives
  • Present performance reporting and insights to marketing leadership on a regular cadence

  • Paid Media & Performance Marketing Oversight
  • Set strategy for Google Search, Google Display, and Meta ad campaigns
  • Approve targeting frameworks, campaign structure, and testing roadmaps
  • Review performance trends and guide optimization priorities
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting integrity
  • SEO & Website Strategy
  • Define SEO growth strategy, including keyword prioritization and content roadmap
  • Oversee website conversion optimization initiatives
  • Prioritize technical SEO improvements in collaboration with developers
  • Guide landing page strategy and performance testing
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Directly manage the Digital Marketing Specialist and Digital Marketing Coordinator
  • Delegate tasks clearly and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
  • Establish workflow systems and accountability structures
  • Provide coaching and feedback to develop subject matter expertise within the team
  • Evaluate performance and contribute to hiring decisions as the team scales
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with marketing leadership to align digital strategy with revenue objectives
  • Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure campaign alignment with ICP and business goals
  • Support campaign forecasting and performance planning

Experience and Education

  • 5–8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing or digital leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated experience managing PPC and SEO strategy
  • Experience leading or mentoring digital marketing team members
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce and CRM integrations preferred
  • Experience in B2B, professional services, or outsourcing environments preferred Salary Range : $90,000-$100,000
