Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies seeks a Marketing Associate to drive digital marketing strategy and lead-generation efforts across a portfolio of student housing communities. You will optimize the digital funnel, campaigns, and assets to boost high-quality leads and occupancy, collaborating with agencies and on-site teams to ensure brand-compliant execution.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
Experience analyzing paid media, SEO, and ILS performance.
Proven hands-on experience updating WordPress websites and UX fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary digital performance strategist to support leasing and occupancy goals.
Gather recommendations from external vendors and optimize media spend.
Analyze community data to determine ideal digital marketing mix per property.
Present strategy, budget allocation, and ROI to managers.
Monitor monthly performance reports and recommend optimizations.
Maintain high-quality, on-brand social content and campaigns across portfolios.
