Job summary

Chino Commercial Bank is seeking a Marketing Intern to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, working directly with the Regional Manager. You will assist in creating content, supporting campaigns, and enhancing the Bank’s digital presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s in marketing, communications, business, graphic design or related field preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging marketing content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, schedule, and publish content for the Bank's social media platforms.
• Create graphics, videos, photography, and other digital marketing content.
• Assist with planning and execution of promotional campaigns across Banking, Lending, and Merchant Services.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, signage, and promotional pieces.
• Assist with maintaining and updating content on the Bank's website.
• Monitor social media engagement and suggest opportunities to increase visibility and interaction.
• Coordinate marketing projects and maintain assets and materials.
• Ensure materials are accurate and aligned with branding standards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
• Prepare reports measuring campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Assist with brand development and long-term marketing strategies.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
