Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to support measurement, reporting, and optimization of the company’s digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on GA4 and GTM implementation and data-driven insights to help business partners make informed decisions.

You will develop dashboards, validate tracking, and translate data into compelling stories, collaborating with the Digital Marketing team to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Nitro business performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of GA4 and GTM.
  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and validation of event tracking across websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure accuracy of reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs across data sources.
  • Analyze website, campaign, and customer behavior data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders.
  • Support measurement, attribution modeling, conversion analysis, and customer journey reporting.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Analyst supports the measurement, reporting, and optimization of Power's digital marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate digital data collection and helping transform data into meaningful business insights. Working closely with the Digital Marketing team, this individual will support reporting, tracking implementation and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, patient, and collaborative, with a passion for solving problems, learning new things and translating data into compelling stories that help business partners make informed decisions and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities/Essential Duties
  • Analyze Nitro business performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Assist with the implementation, testing, and validation of event tracking across websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor digital analytics data quality, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple data sources.
  • Analyze website, campaign, and customer behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and improve marketing performance.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights that enable stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
  • Support campaign measurement, attribution modeling, conversion analysis, and customer journey reporting across digital marketing channels.
  • Document analytics requirements, tagging specifications, implementation processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Required Skills And Abilities
  • Ability to analyze business performance data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing measurement, web analytics and event tracking.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Patient, collaborative, and customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships as the digital marketing team grows
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to continuously learn new analytics platforms.
