Job summary

Salesforce seeks a junior content marketer to join the Agentforce Service PMM team. You’ll craft messaging, campaigns and content across web, social, email, and events in a hybrid role with three days in the office each week.

You’ll author SEO articles, edit copy, publish in Page Builder, and develop deliverables like one-pagers, landing pages and nurture emails in collaboration with PMM and campaign strategists.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in content marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading across formats.
• Experience authoring blog posts and web copy; interest in learning SEO and AI-generated answers (AEO).
• Comfort using data and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience contributing to organic social content.
• Familiar with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Slackbot for content.

The Experience

You'll join the Agentforce Service PMM team, where product marketers craft the messaging, campaigns, and content that move people from first click to closed deal for Agentforce Service and Field Service. As a generalist content marketer, you'll get broad exposure across digital, social, campaigns, content, and events, and the chance to build a well-rounded marketing skill set early in your career. This is a hybrid role with three days in office each week.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Author SEO articles and web content that drive organic traffic and support our AI-optimized content strategy
• Write and edit copy across web, social, email, campaign assets, and more
• Publish content directly in Page Builder and manage the end-to-end publishing workflow
• Develop content deliverables for campaign and ABM execution - one-pagers, landing page copy, nurture emails, and targeted assets - in partnership with PMM and campaign strategists
• Contribute to event marketing, including pre/post-event content and on-site support as needed
• Monitor social performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement
• Support digital marketing initiatives including landing pages, paid content, and web updates
• Edit video content for social, web, and campaigns
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver polished, on-brand multimedia assets
• Partner closely with demand gen, campaigns, digital, product marketing, and events teams, flexing across the marketing org as priorities shift
• Support agency and freelance relationships as needed
• Use performance data and SEO insights to inform content decisions, and help track and report on content impact across owned channels
• Assist with competitive and audience research to surface content opportunities

You're Our Person If...

• You have 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related role
• You have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across formats and audiences
• You have some experience authoring content (blog posts, articles, web copy) and an interest in learning organic search and AI-generated answer optimization (SEO, AEO)
• You're comfortable using data and analytics to inform content decisions
• You have experience contributing to organic social media content
• You've used AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Slackbot) to help produce content
• You can manage multiple projects at once and collaborate effectively across teams

Even Better If...

• You have exposure to a web content management system (WEM/CMS/Page Builder experience a plus)
• You have video editing skills and a background producing content for social or web
• You have a background in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology marketing, including familiarity with Salesforce products or other SaaS platforms
• You're familiar with review platforms such as G2, TrustRadius, or Gartner Peer Insights and how they factor into buyer research and content strategy
• You're familiar with marketing automation, analytics, and social media management platforms
