Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4–6 years of experience in supporting computer systems in a digital environment.
• Associate degree (accredited) with 4+ years of experience in supporting computer systems.
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems.
• Experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance.
• Experience managing network systems (virtual and LAN).
• Experience with enterprise applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email, cloud storage).
• Strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to site staff and students on hardware and software issues.
• Maintain a stable digital learning environment with district support.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software acquisitions.
• Install approved hardware and software.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Maintain inventory of technology assets.
