Job summary

Easterseals NH Gammon Academy is seeking a Full-Time Digital Learning Specialist to support teachers and students in leveraging technology to improve instruction and learning outcomes.

The role focuses on modeling effective technology use, delivering professional learning, and helping build a shared vision for comprehensive tech integration across the building. Requires a Bachelor's degree and state education credentials; salary is $65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Meet NH State Board of Education requirements.
• Minimum three years’ Pre-K-12 classroom teaching experience, Special Education experience or certification preferred.
• Digital Learning Specialist Endorsement, preferred.
• Experience or education in computer science/technology required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Assists teachers in using technology effectively with differentiation, rigor, relevance and engaging learning experiences in their practice of teaching, learning and assessment
• Coaches and models responsible and safe participation in the digital world for staff and students
• Develops and delivers innovative professional learning opportunities and evaluates the impact on instructional practice and student learning.
• Inspires and participates in the development and implementation of a shared vision for the comprehensive integration of technology to promote excellence and support transformational change throughout the instructional environment
• Evaluate technology needs as it relates to curriculum to develop an annual building-level technology budget

Easterseals NH Gammon Academy is a great place to make a difference in the lives of youth. We help individuals, 5-21 years of age learn social skills, succeed in school, and enjoy recreational experiences. Student populations range from students with Autism and other neurobehavioral challenges to students with mild cognitive impairments and students with social/emotional disabilities.

Responsibilities

Hours

Full Time, 40 hours; Monday- Friday 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Compensation

$65,000 annually.
