Job summary

American College of Emergency Physicians seeks a Learning Experience Designer to shape content for ACEP Anytime and other digital channels. You will transform materials into engaging multimedia, manage production, and collaborate with experts to optimize digital pedagogy.

Responsibilities include coordinating webinars, ensuring accessibility compliance, and maintaining asset libraries while upholding ACEP branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, education, instructional technology, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in video and multimedia production.
• Proficiency with audio and video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro, Descript).
• Experience with digital publishing, content management, and learning platforms.
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare and/or emergency medicine is a plus.
• Experience with livestreaming, motion graphics, and AI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Transform source materials to create educational video, audio, and digital learning content for ACEP's channels.
• Guide the project through production planning, content organization, video editing, motion graphics, branding integration, and final deliverables.
• Support live and recorded educational webinars, including configuring, troubleshooting, and content capture for on-demand use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to optimize digital pedagogy and advise on best practices for high-quality digital media.
• Organize, maintain, and publish delivery schedules and digital asset libraries in alignment with ACEP priorities.
• Support learning platforms and content delivery systems by identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure all produced content meets ACEP quality, branding, and accessibility standards.
• Maintain expertise in digital learning trends and evaluate new tools to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support to improve content creator and user platforms.
