Job summary

QualDerm Partners, LLC is seeking a creative, proactive Instructional Designer to lead design and development of engaging learning experiences across the organization. You will support onboarding, clinical education, leadership development, and operational excellence by creating learner-centered training solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong instructional design expertise, and leverages technology to deliver instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training.
• Experience creating eLearning using Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Captivate.
• Strong LMS management experience is required.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for polished presentations.
• Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to build learning solutions.
• Healthcare training experience, especially for Medical Assistants or clinical teams, is preferred.
• Familiarity with Canvas or similar learning platforms is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement instructor‑led, virtual, eLearning, and blended programs.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to assess needs and create scalable solutions.
• Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, job aids, assessments, and videos.
• Develop standardized onboarding curricula for corporate and practice roles.
• Manage LMS activities: course creation, uploads, testing, reporting, and tracking.
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions and drive engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Update content for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with changes.
• Collaborate across teams to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects.
• Ensure learning content aligns with QualDerm branding and standards.
• Stay current on instructional design trends and healthcare training needs.
• Support onboarding and professional development initiatives.
