Job summary

ASU Preparatory Academy (ASU Prep) is seeking a Learning Facilitator to oversee students completing online coursework in a lab or classroom setting. You will liaise between the digital teacher and students, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate has strong tech skills, experience with LMS platforms (Canvas), and excellent communication abilities to support student success in a digital learning environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability with technology and software systems.
• Experience using LMS platforms (Canvas) for instructional support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and oversight for students completing online work.
• Run data reports and analyze student progress.
• Supervise student behavior in lab or classroom settings.
• Coordinate with digital teachers and partnership staff.
• Take daily attendance and monitor pace of online courses.
• Conduct tutoring sessions and assist with exam prep.
• Facilitate parent/teacher conferences and communicate with digital instructors.
