• ALA-accredited MLS/MLIS required.
• Second graduate degree required for promotion.
• 2–3 years of relevant library experience.
• Ability to train staff and coordinate team projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and assess asynchronous DLOs (videos, tutorials, guides).
• Manage Springshare CMS and provide statistics.
• Support online learning with ADA-compliant pedagogy.
• Coordinate licensing, subscriptions, renewals with colleagues.
• Troubleshoot end-user access with IT and vendors.
• Assist reference, instruction, and liaison duties.
• Participate on Faculty Council committees as needed.
