Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in multimedia design, graphic design, digital media, instructional technology, communication, or related field, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of directly related work experience; or a master's degree with related experience.
• Experience developing multimedia content for employee training or higher education environments.
• Experience creating animated explainer videos, instructional videos, infographics, and online micro-learning modules.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and edit multimedia content including animated videos, graphics, infographics, GIFs, and other digital assets.
• Develop interactive learning experiences using e-learning authoring tools.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, stakeholders, and training team members to meet deadlines.
• Translate complex policies and processes into accessible visual explanations and learning activities.
• Ensure materials support learning objectives and are accessible to the audience.
