Elsevier is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support development and deployment of market‑critical learning content for nursing and health education products. The role collaborates with SMEs, IDs, and global vendors to deliver high‑quality content on schedule across Sherpath, Adaptive Quizzing, and related platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital content development, strong organizational and writing skills, and familiarity with EPUB/HTML/XML content tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
• Two or more years of experience with digital content development.
• Strong writing, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage several complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan digital content development and delivery cadence.
• Lead stand‑up meetings with internal and external content partners.
• Ensure SMEs deliver work per schedule.
• Mitigate risks by identifying issues and coordinating with the Digital Content Manager.
• Coordinate reviews with SMEs and vendors to ensure quality content.
• Support improvements to writing, assessment and instructional design guidelines.
• Oversee UAT fixes and gold delivery of course products.
