Kohler Co. invites early-career professionals to join the Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP), a two-year, full-time rotational experience designed to accelerate leadership, digital expertise, and business acumen in a global organization.

As a full-time associate, you will participate in four six-month rotations across Kohler Digital, paired with mentorship, onboarding, and cohort-based development opportunities to prepare for future placement within Kohler Digital.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree no later than June 2027.
• Degree concentration in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI, Business Administration, Digital Technology, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic digital initiatives and projects across Kohler.
