Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related area (or international equivalent).
• 2+ years related IT experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude, learning agility and adaptability.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relates well with all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts business operations; understands how applications and technologies impact the business.
• Analyze and apply Enterprise data to make recommendations/modifications to streamline & simplify processes while reducing operating costs.
• Develops and deploys appropriate Digital and Information Technology solutions.
• Establishes and develops procedures for proper utilization of Digital and IT technology.
• Develops and delivers training to support process changes and new technology introductions.
• Evaluates and modifies existing technology to allow for changes in business requirements or equipment configuration.
• Provide after-hour technical support as needed.
• Assist in-training and mentoring new team members.
