Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Digital Intelligence Senior Analyst who will develop research and analytics products, translating data into actionable insights for brand positioning, public affairs campaigns, crisis response, and special situations.

You’ll work directly with clients across sectors, contributing to strategy, thought leadership, and new business development while building expertise in social listening, media monitoring, and stakeholder analysis. This role supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in digital intelligence or analytics.
• Experience with listening/monitoring tools and dashboard creation for reputation tracking.
• Strong communication, storytelling with data, and client-facing presentation skills.
• Proficiency with GA4, GTM, and native platform reporting; SEO knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and office locations; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver regular performance reports to clients.
• Analyze campaign data and surface insights; recommend real-time optimizations.
• Develop knowledge of media measurement methods and analytics tools.
• Monitor digital and social trends; translate findings into strategy.
• Lead client contact on analytics, collaborate across practices, and support new business pitches.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
