We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Digital Instructional Designer to join our enterprise Learning & Performance Enablement team in IFF’s Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Center of Excellence (COE).
In this role, you will collaborate with peers in the COE, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to design and develop/curate innovative, learner-centered digital learning solutions, ensuring content is effectively captured, organized, and deployed through a well-structured learning ecosystem. You will have the opportunity to shape learning and knowledge management strategies in a collaborative environment that values creativity and continuous learning.
Due to time zone considerations, candidates located in Mexico and Hungary are preferred.
Proficiency in English is required.
Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience, within the local salary range.
Please note, this is a remote role with occasional travel to team meetings within the U.S.
