Renewal by Andersen in Northborough, MA is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to text with customers using our approved methodology and to support a high-volume sales team.

You will communicate professionally, listen actively, show empathy, and meet daily activity targets while partnering with Inside Sales Coaches. A minimum of 1 year in customer service and a high school diploma are required; excellent benefits are offered.
