• 2–3+ years in a supervisory role leading direct reports.
• 1+ year managing distributed or international teams.

This role will guide a software engineering team focused on advancing digital innovation through scalable technology solutions. The leader will partner closely with stakeholders to strengthen organizational capabilities, improve delivery discipline, and support the development of modern systems in a complex, operational environment. The position combines people leadership, technical oversight, and cross-functional relationship management to help drive measurable business impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 annually
