Job summary

Blue Owl is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Associate to support investment and management of digital infrastructure opportunities. Based in Chicago, you will build detailed underwriting models, prepare memos for committees, and assist in due diligence across buy/sell processes.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word, and a strong academic background. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in real estate, infrastructure, or finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office required; attention to detail and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop underwriting models and financial analyses.
• Prepare materials for Investment Committee, lenders, and investors.
• Assist due diligence and execution on buy/sell-side transactions.
• Screen investment opportunities and perform market research.
• Support ongoing asset and fund management duties.
• Engage in business development and management meetings.
