Job summary

DESRI is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Development Manager to advance the commercialization and growth of its digital infrastructure and large-load customer development. The role covers integration with solar and battery storage portfolios and cross-functional collaboration across Development, Investments, M&A, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with digital infrastructure and large-load customers in power markets or related fields.
• Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energy project development from inception to operation.
• Understanding of renewable energy commercial structures (PPAs, storage tolling, credits, hedges).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills across senior leaders and teams.
• Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, and project visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with digital infrastructure customers, utilities, and related counterparties.
• Lead project development at sites with large-load applications, coordinating internal and external teams to meet customer needs.
• Oversee land and site diligence, including water, fiber, title and mineral rights, wetlands, floodplain, environmental reviews, and geotechnical findings.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities with data centers and other large-load customers, considering load growth implications for generation, storage, and transmission.
• Support project and portfolio acquisitions, including due diligence, offtake strategy, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with Development, Strategy, M&A, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to advance opportunities to transaction execution.
