Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in renewable energy, power markets, infrastructure investing, project development, origination, M&A, or investment banking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with digital infrastructure customers, utilities, and related counterparties.
• Lead project development at sites with large load applications, coordinating across DESRI to address customer needs and manage permitting, real estate, interconnection processes, and transaction support.
• Direct land and site diligence with internal teams and consultants, translating results into site layouts, schedules, and risk mitigation decisions.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities with data centers and large-load customers, considering load growth implications for generation, storage, and transmission.
• Support project and portfolio acquisitions, including commercial due diligence, offtake strategy, and market analysis.
• Collaborate with Development, Strategy, M&A, Finance, Legal, and Engineering to advance opportunities from evaluation to execution.
