Job summary

Lead For America (ACC) with Maryland Broadband Cooperative seeks a Broadband Impact & Partnership Coordinator to support partnerships, events, and public education on broadband initiatives. You will work under staff guidance to engage communities and promote digital inclusion.

You'll participate in training and planning, coordinate educational events, craft outreach materials, and help grow a diverse membership while gaining hands-on experience in community development during a full-time

Qualifications

• Passion for community service and connecting neighbors to digital tools and opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in gaining experience in community development or digital inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Support existing partnerships and research new relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Assist with coordinating mission-driven events and meetings, including materials and setup.
• Help develop and schedule program-approved social media content and outreach.
• Support member communications and promote participation in educational activities.
• Participate in monthly planning meetings and assist with content messaging across channels.
• Research stakeholder engagement opportunities and assist with related coordination.
