Job summary

Lead For America is building a nationwide talent pool to place mission-driven individuals in locally rooted organizations, focusing on digital inclusion, broadband expansion, and workforce development. ACC Members gain hands-on experience, on-the-job training, and pathways to impact in their own communities.

Positions are full-time, in-person across communities, with a focus on local talent; eligibility includes U.S. citizenship or equivalent, a high school diploma, and 17+ by start date.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Interest in community development and digital inclusion.
• Open to serving in local placements across communities.

Responsibilities

• Work with local host organizations on digital access initiatives and workforce development.
• Engage with community leaders to identify opportunities for connection and collaboration.
• Conduct outreach, research, and training to support community-driven projects.
• Assist in project management and partnership-building for placement initiatives.
