Job summary

Inspiritus in Atlanta, GA seeks a Digital Inclusion Specialist to develop and deliver an employment-focused digital literacy curriculum for refugees and immigrants, plus one-to-one coaching to help clients access work opportunities. This hybrid role runs Monday–Friday with occasional evenings; the program aims to serve up to 70 clients, building skills and partnerships while advancing economic integration.

AmeriCorps stipend provides up to $20,500 living allowance and a $7,395 education award

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass Criminal History Checks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Experience and/or interest in culturally diverse environments.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate employment barriers related to technology access.
• Research and assemble resources to promote digital literacy.
• Develop and deliver a monthly employment digital inclusion curriculum.
• Provide 1:1 coaching for digital literacy focused on employment.
• Research and connect clients with job fair opportunities.
• Coach clients on job fair etiquette, interview tips, and follow-up with employers.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers.
