Gournay Consulting is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist I to analyze data, map client data to retail specs, and develop automated workflows. The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and effective communication for project success.

The position is office based with potential remote Fridays, offering growth opportunities and mentorship within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming Bachelor's Degree with a preferred concentration in Business, CS, Data Science, Engineering or IT, and a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Internship or Co-op experience in a related field is strongly preferred.
• Technical savviness to learn and navigate key systems and tools.
• Effective project management to organize priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to draw insights and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Growth mindset and agility in a fast-paced environment with autonomy.
• The role is office based, with possible remote flexibility on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to recommend data models for PIM and DAM architecture.
• Normalize data for accuracy and maintenance within PIM/DAM systems.
• Collaborate with clients to design, document, and implement workflows.
• Own channel mapping and data extract configurations; address invalid values.
• Test and QA mappings, workflows, and configurations for accuracy.
• Manage tasks in the project management system for multiple projects.
• Proactively communicate statuses to stakeholders throughout projects.
