Job summary

4over is seeking a Digital Operator I for 1st shift in Glendale, CA. You will operate digital printing equipment (HP Indigo, Xerox iGen, Autobond) and manage job priorities, setup, and quality checks to ensure accurate color and print results.

The role offers a regular full-time schedule (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM) with an hourly pay range of $20.00–$21.00 and benefits. Training may occur outside normal hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Six months – one (1) year of experience operating and troubleshooting an HP Indigo machine.
• Proficient computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Login to batching system to view customer job assignments due dates and identify priorities.
• Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities, production run times, stock specifications, colors and color sequences.
• Setup assigned apparatus to specifications and run product.
• Monitor machines and adjust speed, temperature, ink flow and positions of products to maintain specifications.
• Inspect printed products for print quality and color accuracy.
