Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile and ITIL are beneficial.
• Significant experience in a similar position within a global technology services organization.
• Experience in the technology industry and a track record implementing new products or product lines.

Responsibilities

• Leads, oversees and agrees the development of the product and/or service strategy and plans.
• Defines market segments and identifies white space opportunities for the portfolio.
• Analyzes market, client and competitive trends to contribute to business strategy.
• Promotes the portfolio of products both internally and externally.
• Manages the product management function and resources for business justification.
• Oversees a Service Offer Management team and their performance.
• Implements product strategies across divisions and stakeholders.
• Determines feasibility of development concepts and defines product specifications.
• Develops and delivers product training and communication to staff and stakeholders.
• Establishes pricing models and contributes to promotional strategies and channels.
• Leads product/service development to meet quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversees complete product/service plans for portfolio offerings.
• Aligns offerings with market opportunities through launches and optimizations.
