Job summary

Ingredion invites a student to join our Digital HR team for Summer 2027. In this role you will work with Digital HR COE, HR Continuous Improvement and Shared Services on HR process, workflow automation, technology and analytics projects, with hands-on exposure to Workday, ServiceNow and Power BI.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, MIS, CS or related field, with a GPA around 3.0, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, MIS, CS, Technology or related field.
• Minimum GPA around 3.0/4.0 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Workday/ServiceNow HRIS managers and Global Process Owners to analyze issues and design improvements.
• Define requirements, create test plans and perform testing of solutions.
• Collaborate with Architects and Portfolio Managers to plan projects and report progress.
• Work with People Analytics to develop reports and business insights.
