Ingredion Incorporated in Westchester, IL is seeking a Digital HR Intern for summer 2027. You will support the Digital HR COE, HR Continuous Improvement and Shared Services on HR processes, automation, and analytics projects.

You’ll work with Workday, ServiceNow and Power BI, contribute to requirement workshops, and help build business insights for leadership. Eligible students must be enrolled in a degree program and able to work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with GPA 3.0/4.0 preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; able to present and write technical data.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week during the internship term.

• Participate in requirements workshops, document tech requirements, and create test plans.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various members of the Digital HR COE, HR Continuous Improvement and Shared Services Teams. You will focus on HR process, workflow automation, technology and analytics-related projects. We are looking for someone who is skilled in process/data analysis, creative problem-solving, and enjoys leveraging technology solutions to improve human experiences and business effectiveness.
