Digital Health Specialist - Physical Therapist (Remote)

Position Overview

The Digital Health Specialist (DHS) provides digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring. The DHS participates in developing the digital health program and acts as a liaison between patients and in-clinic providers. This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be licensed in VA, NC, MO, WI, or hold a Compact PT License-eligibility, and be willing to obtain licensure in other states.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist License in GA or FL
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience with Digital Health Services preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments via digital platforms
• Perform Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) including communication and monitoring
• Document digital services appropriately
• Support operations to ensure quality patient care and staffing
• Monitor and treat patients in accordance with standards
• Communicate with primary clinicians and modify treatments as needed
• Develop regional strategies for digital service growth
• Serve as liaison between providers and Program Manager
• Utilize digital services to build therapeutic alliances
• Advocate for and help develop RTM best practices
• Maintain reporting and analyze regional service metrics
• Participate in program development and marketing
• Collaborate with departments and pursue professional growth
• Follow all professional, ethical, and company policies
