The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks a Clinical Research Project Manager A to provide research, supervisory, and operational management for the research program, working closely with the Principal Investigator and supervising Clinical Research Coordinators.

You will coordinate study activities, uphold high research quality, support digital health privacy initiatives, and ensure timely delivery of milestones across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Project manage all aims for digital health privacy work – Track the status of project aims and determine deadlines
• Develop lab processes and procedures – develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital health privacy aims and the lab as a whole
• Project management and writing for grants – track the status of documents required for grants and support writing supplemental materials. Participate in budget meetings.
• Lead qualitative aim – Conduct qualitative interviews, supporting the codebook development and coding process, run biweekly meetings, develop surveys in REDCap
• Supervision of Clinical Research Coordinators – support CRCs with IRB protocol development and submission and participant recruitment and retention

Formation
