Job summary

Boston Medical Center's THRIVE Digital Equity Program seeks a Research Coordinator to manage study materials, coordinate participant interactions, supervise staff, and handle data collection and entry in a primary care setting.

The RC will ensure IRB compliance, work with clinical teams, develop training, and help evaluate program outcomes, with a focus on digital health literacy and telehealth access for patients with chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' clinical research experience (may consider 3 years with a Master's degree).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation and operations of the THRIVE Digital Equity Program, including patient identification, outreach, enrollment/participation, follow-up, and tracking across activities.
• Maintain IRB compliance with changes, amendments, renewals, and other required submissions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure patients receive digital health support.
• Support implementation and evaluation of the Digital Health Literacy Training Course, including recruitment, scheduling, training, follow-up, and feedback collection.
