Actalent is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for Digital Hardware Design in Owego, NY. This onsite role covers the full hardware lifecycle from requirements to verification, focusing on CCAs, board-level hardware, and high-speed digital design.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in signal integrity, power integrity, and electromagnetic simulations using Siemens Xpedition, HyperLynx, and Ansys HFSS.

Pay Rate: $93.00/hour

Schedule: 4/10 Work Week (1st Shift)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced digital electronic hardware. This position will play a key role throughout the full hardware development lifecycle, from requirements definition and schematic capture through analysis, verification, integration, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing digital circuit card assemblies (CCAs), developing board-level hardware, and utilizing industry-standard tools for circuit design, signal integrity analysis, and electromagnetic simulation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and test complex digital circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and electronic hardware

• Develop hardware requirements, specifications, and supporting engineering documentation

• Create and maintain electrical schematics using Siemens Xpedition

• Perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis using Siemens HyperLynx

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $93.00 - $93.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
