Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated Digital Hardware Design Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, verification, and validation of airborne radar hardware for defense and aerospace applications. You will work closely with experienced engineers on RTL development, FPGA/ASIC design, simulation, and hardware bring‑up for cutting‑edge technologies.
The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD.

This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
