Qualifications

• 2–5 years of digital marketing experience, including website management, SEO, social media, and paid digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience managing websites and creating digital content.
• Strong understanding of SEO strategy and tools.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for a public audience.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to turn numbers into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the website: manage updates, content, campaigns, and ongoing improvements.
• Develop and manage digital content that connects with our audience and supports business goals.
• Analyze how users move through the website and identify opportunities to improve experience and effectiveness.
• Use Google Analytics to understand traffic and behavior and identify drivers of results.
• Use Google Search Console to identify and troubleshoot technical issues impacting search performance.
• Leverage Google Tag Manager and Google Ads to improve tracking, targeting, and campaign performance.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and attract qualified traffic.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up content creation, improve campaign efficiency, and uncover insights.
• Take on special projects to improve our digital presence and marketing results.
