IKEA US in Paramus, NJ onsite is seeking a Digital Graphic Design & Communication Associate to shape engaging digital content for multiple marketing channels and support in-store graphic communications.

This permanent, full-time role requires collaboration, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press tools. You’ll work 34-40 hours weekly with some weekend shifts and benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing digital and marketing design work.
• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertising, and other marketing channels.
• Create and optimize digital graphics for multiple screen sizes and platforms.
• Execute the department graphic communication action plan to help grow the business and increase profitability.
• Produce and install graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
• Ensure graphic communication implementation is cost-efficient while supporting sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on store-specific printed materials.
• Stay current on graphic communication and retail trends.
• Manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.

Join IKEA US in Paramus, NJ (onsite) as a Digital Graphic Design & Communication Associate. In this permanent, full-time role, you will help shape engaging digital content for multiple marketing channels while also supporting in-store graphic communications. Compensation for this role is USD 23 - 26 per hour (hourly pay range $23.23 - $26.71). The schedule is 34-40 hours per week in a retail environment, with open working availability Monday to Friday between 7:00AM to 3:00PM and some weekends required. This position is benefits eligible.

What you’ll do
