The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of its online order programs across curbside, delivery, and in-store platforms. You will own speed to pick, accuracy, and presentation while collaborating with store leadership and departments to maintain stock and quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail or eCommerce, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment, or guest service.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders.
• Excellent communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Ability to prioritize workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• Basic technology proficiency with mobile devices and order systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain consistency across digital platforms in collaboration with teams and partners.
• Ensure on-time completion and communicate substitutions or changes.
• Partner with departments to ensure in-stock positions and proper merchandising.
• Stage, package, and verify orders for guest pickup or delivery hand-off.
• Track order metrics, guest feedback, and operational performance for improvement.
• Engage guests with friendly service at front-end and storewide.
• Support cashiers to minimize backups and ensure smooth checkout.
