Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston, part of Airbus Americas, seeks a Digital Finance Product Manager to deploy SAP-based digital finance solutions and lead a regional team in North America. The role links the Kinston site with the central ERP CoE and supports a broad digital transformation across multiple US locations.

The position requires extensive experience in digital/finance processes, ERP integration, and IT governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent in information technology or related field.
15 years of experience in Digital and/or Finance processes and integration with ERP (SAP) in manufacturing contexts.
Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITAM and KPI reporting; proficient in English.

Responsibilities

Manage the transition period for Digital Finance across the North America region (approximately 40%).
Ensure alignment with current contracts and secure TSA-related activities during the transition.
Develop deep understanding of current As-Is solutions and facilitate the move to central/local SAP ERP CoE solutions.
Serve as the focal point between Kinston site teams and central SAP ERP CoE ensuring effective communication.
Lead end-state deployments for Digital Operations service performance and align with regional/global sourcing strategies.
Oversee change management and plant adoption of Digital finance solutions at the site level.
