Job summary

Getwingapp is searching for a Digital & Field Events Marketer who will manage all aspects of events for the company including tradeshows and webinars. This remote role is ideal for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, possessing strong project management and communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing event budgets, and ensuring a seamless presence at all events. A passion for using AI in marketing is a must.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing or coordination.
• Track record of organizing events end to end, even at smaller scale.
• Experience managing an events budget and maximizing ROI.
• Understanding of KPIs and ability to report on event impact.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize industry events aligned with revenue goals.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with event vendors and coordinators.
• Plan and execute every detail of each event.
• Attend events and be the on-site point of contact.
