Job summary

The role requires a 5+ year track record in leadership, strong communication, and familiarity with MuleSoft, Security+, and Power BI frameworks. You will collaborate across IT and product teams to support ICCU’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong leadership and process-building.
• Certifications: MuleSoft Integration Associate and Security+ are required or strongly preferred.
• Microsoft Power BI PL-300 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Digital Experience Systems Analysts.
• Set priorities with VP of Digital Experience and stakeholders for operations/releases.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues reported by end users.
• Oversee change deployments and ensure proper change control and communication.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee team development, mentorship, and training.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
