Digital Experience & Innovation Strategist

Leads and manages the strategy, design, and optimization of employee experiences across intranet, digital channels, and emerging conversational experiences. Analyzes data and applies human-centered design, design thinking, service design, and employee insights to identify opportunities, shape future-state concepts, and create intuitive, engaging experiences. Develop journey maps, experience architectures, prototypes, and innovative solutions that simplify complex employee needs and drive meaningful engagement and business impact. Needs to be hands‑on, able to develop and manage timelines, and be detail-oriented.
