Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Digital Experience Analyst to optimize the end-user digital experience across the PC computing environment. You will analyze telemetry, endpoint health, system performance, and support trends to enable proactive remediation through automation and DEX platform capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree in computing or engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT related field.
  • Excellent oral, written, technical and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as escalation point for advanced workstation, OS, endpoint, and digital experience issues; coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  • Coordinates with field support teams on workstation and OS issues impacting at scale.
  • Identifies recurring issues from telemetry and incidents; coordinates root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develops and maintains support documentation and knowledgebase articles for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Defines technical standards and supports deployment testing for workstation technologies.
  • Owns and governs the DEX platform across the device fleet, including integration with ITSM and enterprise systems.
