This role oversees Digital, Broadcast, and Streaming, coaches a high-performing team, and drives audience growth across platforms with data-driven editorial judgment. You will shape the digital strategy, optimize content for SEO and social, and integrate workflows to maximize reach and engagement across FOX40’s digital properties.
KTXL FOX40 is looking for an exceptional Digital Executive Producer, to lead the evolution of our newsroom into a fully integrated, multiplatform operation. This is not a traditional digital role. The Executive Producer will be a central editorial leader—responsible for breaking down silos between digital, broadcast, streaming, and social, and ensuring every story we produce lives across platforms in meaningful, audience-driven ways. This leader will build, coach, and elevate a high-performing digital team; help drive growth on all digital platforms; and raise the entire newsroom’s fluency in how audiences consume news today.
Compensation - $75,000+ annually commensurate with experience and skill level
